Product description


    The modified solution of inorganic silicate, with a high purity, is selected as the film forming material of this coating. Besides, some ultra-fine inorganic metal oxides are added into this coating as the fillers. After the coating film firms up, it can resist high temperature at 1700℃. In the environment of high temperature, it can maintain good thermal stability. Since the coating layer is completely transparent, it does not affect the original color of the object after being brushed, with a good adhesion. And this coating has some performances of  thermal insulation, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and flame retardant.

Working Principle

    The solution of the coating has been modified at a high temperature and re-chelated. The modified solution has better stability at a high temperature and a better performance of film-forming. Besides, the hardness and density of the coating has been enhanced. The modified solution can form a interpenetrating network structure with the surfaces of inorganic materials, so the coating has a good adhesion. Because the added inorganic fillers have lower thermal conductivity, the coating has the  performance of thermal insulation and flame retardant at a high temperature.
