After five years of experiment, by the new technology of dispersion and synthesis, ZSWH R&D center has successfully developed the new ZS-922 coating, which is transparent and of high hardness.The successful development of this coating has filled the gap in the domestic technology of transparent and abrasion-resistant coating. Besides, the parameters of this coating are higher than those of international level.
 
The ZS-922 coatings shows the features of extremely low surface tension, hydrophobic, oleophobic, and removing dirt.These features of the coating reduce surface cleaning time and cleaning cost. Reducing the use of cleaning agents, the coating enhances environmental protection and improves the mechanical strength and abrasion-resistance for surfaces.
 
Performances & features: 
 
①The coating is convenient to be applied. Spraying a thin layer on the surface of the object, its hardness can reach 8H and its abrasion-resistance can be increased by more than 80%. The coating can be used as an abrasion-resistant or protective layer.
②The coating has the advantages of high light transmittance and non-absorption of light. Further more, it can reduce the reflection of light and increase the absorption of light and heat. Particularly, when it is used on solar power equipment, the effect is better.
③Because of the molecular structure of three axis, the coating has a good adhesion and weatherproof performance.
 ④The coating is safe and eco-friendly, without any heavy metals.
⑤The coating has high spreading rate and 1 kg of the coating can cover about 50㎡ on the smooth surface. So  the applying cost of unit area is low.
⑥The coating can resist  acid or alkali effectively. After hardening, the coating is compact and waterproof. It can be used for a long time in the condition of acid or alkali, while its transparency and abrasion-resistance is not affected.
⑦The coating has good self-cleaning performance and the contact angle reaches 120 degrees. Since its membrane has a better self-cleaning function, it is a good kind of waterproof and dirt-proof material.

Working principle:
The ZS-922 coating is manufactured by 18 procedure, using highly inorganic-organic cross-linked network and monomer functional groups.The synthesis structure of three axis bonds (inorganic silicon-fluorocarbon-organic silicone) is used in the coating solution. In this way, the solution added synergy performs best in weatherproofing, abrasion-resistance and adhesion.The main component of the coating is highly dispersed nano-materials of Al2O3/SiC and Y2O3 - ZrO2 nano-particles were ultrasonically joined into the nano-meter system. The size of these fine particles is small and their properties are stable, with a strong function of energy storage. Besides, there is a strong bonding force between these particles and polymer molecular chains, increasing the stress concentration between the coating and substrates. Therefore, the molecular forces of the coating and substrates tend to be cross-linked.
The greater the cross-linking degree of the coating is, the greater the its cohesion is. , the greater the degree of monomer functional groups cross-linking reaction is,  the better the gel network of its transparency and abrasion-resistance is. Of cause, the transparency and abrasion-resistance of the coating are better.

Performance test:
Observe the micro-structure of the coating by scanning electron microscope. Measure its hardness by a nano mechanical probe. Do the wear test of the coating by a MM-200 friction and wear tester. Apply the coating on carbon steel, the hardness rise from 5.5H to 8H.The abrasion-resistance index rises from 0.08 to 0.18 after applying. Meanwhile the scratch-resistance is greatly improved. It is difficult for a friction and wear tester to scratch the surface.
