    ZS-722 Thermal Conductive anti-corrosion coating is often used in equipments such as heat exchanging pipe, heat conducting pipe, high temperature mould, cracking tube, heater, heatsink. The ZS R&D team developed such coating to meet the high demand for heat conductivity and corrosion resistance.It is based on high conductive heat and infrared strong heat radiation.
   ZS-722 Thermal Conductive anti-corrosion coating has a performance in high temperature resistance, film forming ability and heat conductivity.It overcomes the low coefficient of thermal conductivity of polymer film forming solution. Carborundum, heat conductive graphite, boron nitride, aluminium carbide, graphite carbon tube, chromic trioxide ,aluminium chloride, aluminium tripolyphosphate are added to the solution to form a heat conductive internal network. These fillers have high coefficient of thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, chemically inactive, long-term acidproof,alkaliproof,high hardness and anti aging.

 
Working principle

1.the coat is high-temperature resistant: The coating is composed of organic-organic modified film forming solution and high-temperature resisting inorganic oxide. The coating can resist temperature of 750℃ for a long time.
 2. The coat has high exchange.: The coating chooses high conductive film forming solution and high heat radiative filler. The coefficient of thermal conductivity of well solidified coat can reach 50w/m.k.The thermal emissivity can reach 0.92ε. The heat exchage rate can increase more than 10% compared with those without application of ZS-722 coating. In some material, such rate can reach 50%.
3.The coating is acid and alkali resistant: The coating is composed of inorganic chelated modified film forming solution and inorganic anti-acid oxide. It can resist acid and alkali corrosion for long time.( Excluding high-density acid/alkali and hydrofluoric acid.)
4.The coating has a strong adhesive force.: The coat of ZS-722 coating has a strong adhesive force with matrix. The inorganic chelated modified film forming solution and inorganic anti-acid oxide make the coat tightly adhere to the matrix without crack and cavity and form a compacted adhesive layer.
5.A good coefficient of linear expansion: ZS-722 coating has a high coefficient of linear expansion, the expansion and striction of coat stays stable when the temperature rise and drop repeatedly.It won’t crack or fall.
6. Good anti-abrasion property : ZS-722 is filled with many kinds of ceramic functional filler. The cooperation between componets gives the coating a good anti-abrasion. And anti-impact property.
