    ZS-711 inorganic anti-corrosion coating. It is designed to meet the highly demand for anti-corrosion of military weapon.In last century, the inorganic coating was mainly applied in amphibious warship, tank, hull and aerospace industry.
 
     According to the actually demand of working condition, ZS-711 are catogrised into two types:
1.Grey inorganic anti-corossion coating,mainly used to resist electrochemical corrosion, means Antistatic corrosion,mainly used in the acidic environment (PH <4.5).
2.Black inorganic anti-corossion coating.It is an anti-acid anti-alkali coating and can be used in all kinds of working condition with a higher hardness.

Working principle
       ZS-711 adopts the most developed anti-corrosion researching technology, Using solution formed by chelation from inorganic polymers,based on   —Si—O—Si— bond, grafted alkyl side chain as assistant.chelated with hydroxyl ground chain. The —Si—O—Si— bond has a good ternary cooperativity.The solution has a good stability, which reduce the impact on interior of polymer. The film former has a strong adhesive force and a good high temperature resistance with single layer.According to different working condition,spraying more than 2 times is enough.
The pigment of ZS-711 inorganic ant-corrosion coating is composed of highly dispersed activated passivated matal particle,nano flaky graphite,nano amphoteric metal oxide,ultrafine rare earth powder etc.Components above act positive roles in the anti-corrosion procedure.

Performance Test 
    The coating can react and bind with atom or ion which is on the surface of material and serve physical,chemical,electronic a triple protection.It can tightly bind the surface of matrix through chemical bond and ionic bond which can greatly protect the matrix from phisical corrosion,chemical corrosion and ionic corrosion. Application



 
     Inorganic polymer anti-corrosion coating works with single layer.It can be applied in extreme environment including atmosphere,underground,ocean,petroleum liquid,chemical engineering material,polluted water,high temperature equipment etc.
 
 1.The coating not only has a good anti-corrosion performance, but also has abrasion resistance and impact resistance. Can be used in bridge,pipeline,electric power,telecommunication tower,carriage,container,transport facilities and mining equipment.
 2.The coating is water proof and salt mist proof.Can be used in ocean platform,shiping vessel,wharf facilities and underground pipe network.It can economize investment and prolong the service life of equipment above.
 3.The coating can resist chemical solvent and static electricity.Specially suitable for storage of petrochemicals.
 4.The coating can be used in all kinds of devices whose temperature is lower than 400℃ . Such as steel chimney,inner and outer surface of heat exchanger. It can also used as fireproof coating for architectural structure.
 5.The coating doesn’t contain any toxic matter. Can be used in granary,refrigeration storage and foodstuff storage. 
 6.Can be used in nuclear industry to resist radiation.
 7.It can be applied in abrasion resistance and thermal conducting anti-corrosion procedure. It can endure high-strength friction due to its high hardness.It has a good thermal conductivity cause the main component of such coating is nano metal material.
