    ZS-111 Waterproof Anti-Corrosion Thermal Barrier Coating adopts thermostable  resin made by grafting chelating technology as film former, adding large quantity of high- fineness glass cenosphere as filler. The cured coating has super low thermal conductivity, only 0.05 W/m?K (tested in 120℃). Such coating has excellent thermal barrier property. It can effectively improve heat efficiency. The energy saving rate can reach 80%. Mean while, It has super waterproof and anti-corrosion performance. It can be long term used in environment lower than 600℃. When the temperature reaches 800℃, it will only carbonize rather than combust.

Working Principle

    Many flexible side chains of different molecular weight were grafted on the resin main chain. It will form a three-dimensional network structure. All the mesh are filled with large quantity of glass cenosphere. The glass cenosphere keeps regular close arrangement to form a vacuum thermal insulation layer. Such layer makes the thermal conductivity for the whole coating extremely low. Due to the fact that the  chain grafted to the main chain has excellent flexibility, it can cover the substrate thoroughly. Thus it has distinguished waterproof and anti-corrosion property.
