ZS-1021 Thermostable Sealant Coating
Such coating can be applied to matrix which is under following condition: water, liquid iron, liquid aluminium, liquid copper, humidity, petro,acid gas, alkali gas and fire. It can keep the liquid from the matrix, Keeping the matrix work normally.
In smelting industries, the graphite electrode and steel metal will be worn out easily in high temperature. Such coating can solve the errosion problem effectively and prolong the using life of graphite electrode and steel metal.
It can reduce the 5% oxide skin of ordinary hot rolled sheet to 0.5%, 3% oxide skin of stainless stell hot rolled sheet to under 0.2% .Thus it can save the cost of production.

1.Such coating can withstand temperature of 2300℃. It is a eco-friendly, non-toxic coating. It can form a compacted film with super anti-rust,anti-corrosion,anti-color change, anti-aging property. It is also easy to operature.

3.ZS-1021 has a good adhesive force,high hardness and anti-abrasion property. It can effectively protect matrix.
