Product description

    The cured coating has excellent sealing property. Oxidation threshold is rather high so it has good anti-oxidation property. Meanwhile it is waterproof, dampproof, acidproof, alkaliproof, smooth, self-cleaning with excellent weatherability. In addition, it is ultraviolet resistant, so it won’t powderize after being exposed to rain or sun.

Working Principle

    ZS-1021 adopts organic fluorocarbon resin as film former, talc, kaolinite, iron oxide yellow as filler. The fluorocarbon resin is modified by polypyrrole (PPY). It has excellent sealing property and electrical conductivity. Oxidation threshold is rather high so it has good anti-oxidation property. In normal temperature it can protect substrate from corrosion and permeation by gas or liquid.
