ZS-1033 is a kind of special anti-corrosive coating, which can resist strong acid. Before it was launched into markets, the R&D staff of ZSWH Chemical had studied markets and repeated testing in the laboratory for 5 years.
Hydrogen fluoride (HF), since its fluorine atom is very negative, it forms a hydrogen bond with the hydrogen atoms and generate a compound. HF is a strong corrosive agent and highly toxic. Though it is a kind of colorless gas, it stinks of a pungent odor in the air, with more than 3ppm. Hydrofluoric acid is a kind of colorless, transparent and fuming liquid. It is also a water solution of HF gas, weakly acidic, with pungent odor, strongly corrosive. The lower the concentration is, the stronger its corrosion is. In weak solution, HF of hydrofluoric acid slightly ionizes into ions. And in strong solution, HF polymerizes to H2F2 molecules that ionizes into H+ and HF2-(H2F2 = H++HF2- ) which are extremely corrosive.
ZS-1033 are made from modified phenolic resin, barite, nano-chromium powder, chemicals-proof solid fillers and other special materials in a refined processing. The coating barrier is compact and stable. It performs well in resisting strong acid , especially Hydrofluoric acid (HF).
