    ZS-811 Thermostable Anti-Corrosion Coating ( temperature resistance 800℃ ) adopts inorganic-organic grafting technology. The solvent molecule has been treated by modified chelation, so it can exert its inorganic and organic advantages, temperature resistance can reach 800℃. It can be applied onto surface of any material to resist corrosion and oxidation in high temperature due to its good adhesive force.
    There are two kinds of corrosion to matrix in high temperature:one is corrosion in hot and humid environment ( high-temperature electrolyte solution and dampness corrode matrix) the other is matrix corrosion by oxidant in high temperature.After the matrix be oxidated, the oxide increase gradually, which lead to corrosion like cracks,breakage and cavity. According to matrix corrosion theory in high temperature, the thermostable anti-corrosion coating shouls have follow properties:


Working principle
    ZS-811 adopts the most developed anti-corrosion researching technology, Using modified grafted film forming solution formed by chelation from inorganic and organic polymers, based on inorganic —Si—O—Si— bond, grafted heterocyclic radical as side chain to get the anti-corrosion film forming matter.
   The solution has a good temperature resisting performace up to 800. The film former has a strong adhesive force and a good high temperature resistance According to different working condition,spraying more than 2 times is enough.
   The pigment of ZS-711 inorganic ant-corrosion coating is composed of highly dispersed activated passivated matal particle,nano flaky graphite,nano amphoteric metal oxide,ultrafine rare earth powder etc.Components above act positive roles in the anti-acid,anti-alkali, and anti-corrosion procedure.The coating can prevent the invation and diffusion of high-tem humid gas,high-tem electrolyte liquid and high-tem oxidant media.It has a good shielding property and a stable conductivity.The coating has high hardness, abrasion resistance and long-term anti-aging property.
   The coating can react and bind with atom or ion which is on the surface of material and serve physical,chemical,electronic a triple protection.It can tightly bind the surface of matrix through chemical bond and ionic bond which can greatly protect the matrix from phisical corrosion,chemical corrosion and ionic corrosion. The coating is a pollution-free and long-life coating.The anti-corrosion property oversteps the worldwide advanced level and meets the environmental requierements.
