Product Description
ZS-1034 adopts resin modified by phenol and fluorine as film forming solution, nano-carborundum, graphite, black stone powder, barite powder, yttrium oxide as filler. ZS-1034 is specially designed for variant working condition. It can be used in solution or gas atmosphere whose PH value varies within the range of 1~12. Working in corrosive atmosphere such as organic acid, inorganic acid, salt, alkali, organic solution and so on ( low density ). It can effectively prevent the electrochemical corrosion and chemical corrosion. The cured coating can protect the substrate for long time. The coating has high hardness and anti-shock property. The temperature resistance ranges from -45℃ to 150 ℃.
Working Principle
After solidification, the coating has high compactness. It can effectively prevent the osmosis of corrosive gas and liquid. Meanwhile it can prevent the accumulation of static on the coating. Thus it can prevent physical reaction and chemical reaction.
