ZS-222 coating insulates objects from heat by its thermal reflection of sun light. To meet the requirement on the Chinese market, ZSWH Chemicals has launched ZS-222 coating.Since its thermal reflectivity to the sun is more than 90%, its coating layer can reduce temperature by more than 15℃ while the temperature of the inner space can be reduced by 3℃-10℃ in summer. The stronger the sun is, the more the reduced temperature by the coating is. ZS--222 coating is smooth and self-cleaning. Its coating layer can maintain a high thermal reflection for a long term. The coating is a kind of aqueous and eco-friendly coating, with the leading performances in China. It is widely used in petrochemical, transportation, construction and other civil or industrial application and can meet the requirement of thermal insulation, reducing temperature and saving energy. 
The temperature of the solar core is as high as 15 million ℃, and the temperature of the solar surface is about 6000℃.The sun continuously sends energy to the earth by the radiation of light waves and the sun light brings light and heat to the earth.The thermal radiation from the sun to the earth is mainly concentrated in the visible, infrared and ultraviolet spectral bands. The wavelength of the visible light is 0.4-0.76μm, constituting 50% of the total energy of solar radiation. The infrared wavelength is longer than 0.76μm, constituting 43% of the total energy of solar radiation. The ultraviolet wavelength is shorter than 0.2 ~ 0.4μm, constituting 7% of the total energy of solar radiation. The sun sends light and heat to the earth all the time, transferring 5.4×1027 Calories per minute, which equals the energy released by 19000 billion kilowatt hours of electricity. The objects on the earth absorbs the heat from the sun according to the color of the object, the intensity of the sun light, and the temperature of the environment. In summer, when a building is illuminated by the sun, its surface temperature can become higher than 60℃.

In order to avoid the heat from the sun in the summer and create a comfortable living environment, ZSWH chemical company selects the best raw chemical materials and strictly investigates them. After 36 processes, the products of ZS-222 coating are made. This coating totally reflects the sun light with wavelength greater than 0.2μm. Due to the strong reflection of the sun light heat, the temperature can reduced by more than 20℃. Besides the standard performance of the basic component in a coating for exterior wall and high solar thermal reflectivity, the coating also has the functions of anti ultraviolet aging and anti-corrosion of acid rain. The coating also has good physical properties. After being coated, its surface is smooth, flexible and washable. Additionally, it has excellent performance of gloss retention, self-cleaning, strong adhesion and anti-corrosion of chemicals, not fading, not pulverizing.
