   This coating is a new type of sunproof thermal insulation material, which is researched by our senior research staff with hundreds of strict tests for many years. Before it became to be sold in markets, this coating has been certified by China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and registered two national patents. Its thermal insulation technology is advanced in the world. In May, 2011, this coating was upgraded to have better effect of sunproofing and thermal insulation. More advanced technology has been used in it.
 
Performances:
 
 High thermal reflection: The reflectivity of this coating is 90%, so it can reflect most of the sun light and prevent the sun's heat from accumulating on surfaces of objects.
 Thermal radiation: The materials of high radiation have been added into the coating, so it can radiate the surface of the object can be residual heat radiation into space to further reduce the surface temperature of the object.
 Low thermal conductivity: The nano-cenospheres of very low thermal conductivity has been added into this coating. So the coating can insulate interior of objects from heat.
 Heat shielding: the coating has been added carbide and other inorganic thermal shielding materials, these materials emit high electromagnetic waves on the surface of the coating formed a superimposed thermal shield, do not allow heat and object contact.
 
Features:
 
1) Obvious effect: a variety of cooling functions have been combined into one, the effect of sunproof and thermal insulation is good.
2) Safe and eco-friendly: Heavy metals, such as cadmium, lead or chromium, are not added into this coating. And there is no formaldehyde and no VOC in the coating. So this is a kind of safe and eco-friendly product. 
3) Good self-cleaning: The surface of this coating is hydrophobic and oleophobic. So its anti-fouling performance is good and it is washable. This can maintain thermal reflection of the coating for a long-term.
4) Good weather resistance: The coating has excellent performance of weather resistance and UV resistance. In harsh environment, the coating can keep its functions for more than 10 years.
5) Excellent performance of anti-corrosion : This coating is made from inorganic materials. Its coating layer can resist acid, alkali and acid rain, withstanding all kinds of harsh climates.
6) Excellent waterproof performance: Due to the use of modified film-forming substances, the coating layer is tensile, without cracking, peeling and aging. It can effectively prevent water leakage and water erosion;
7) Good adhesion: After operating, there is no cracking, peeling, dropping or pulverizing.
8) Easy operating: Its brushing times are less and the operating is easy. Spraying, brushing or rolling are suitable coating method.

    ZS-221 is a new type of cooling coating, which includes the thermal reflection, thermal radiation, infrared shielding and thermal insulation by nano-cenospheres. The coating can highly reflect infrared and ultraviolet ray ranging from 400 nm to 2500 nm. This prevents the heat of the sun from accumulating to raise temperature on surfaces of objects. Additionally, it can automatically radiate heat to cool down, radiating the heat on surfaces into space and reduce the temperature of objects. Even on a cloudy day or at night, the coating can still reduce temperature by thermal radiation. Meanwhile, the hollow nano-cenospheres of low thermal conductivity coefficient in the coating can insulate heat transmission. Even in the atmosphere at high temperature, it can also prevent  external heat from transmitting to the interior of objects. 
  
    In 2011, ZSWH company improved this coating comprehensively, adding carbon nano-tubes, carbides, nitrides and other new inorganic materials. These new materials have strong performances of electromagnetic shielding and aging resistance.After adding these materials, high electromagnetic waves emitted by these materials form a superimposed infrared shielding layers on the coating surface.When the the infrared ray of the sun does not reach the coating and the sun light is far away from the coating,  the infrared superimposition can emit the electromagnetic shielding layers to effectively shield large amount of infrared rays from the sun light. This can reduce the contact with the infrared rays. These functions ensure that the coated object can be cooled to keep a constant room temperature in its interior space. And then, the indoor rooms of buildings can be kept cool and comfortable, at a natural temperature.

   In the summer, when the sun shines strongly, this coating can reduce the temperature of the surfaces of the objects by more than 25℃. On cloudy day or at night, the coating can reduce the temperature by more than 5℃ or to the atmospheric temperature. For the objects with small cracks, the coating can patch small cracks on the objects to have the effect of waterproofing and anti-leakage. There are various colors of this coating for our clients to choose from, according to different requirements. In addition, after brushing the coating, its surface is smooth, with good performance of hydrophobicity and self-cleaning. So the coating has a multi-function of thermal insulation, decoration, self-cleaning, waterproofing, moisture-proofing, anti UV aging, resisting acid or alkali, anti-corrosion, with a service life of more than 10 years.

The coating can be widely used in construction, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, ships, textile, storage, transportation, aerospace, reducing temperature and saving energy,  in order to create a comfortable environment for human to live or work.
 
The coating can be coated on the surfaces as follows:
1) all kinds of tanks in petrochemical industry
2) building walls and outer surfaces of  roofs;
3) outer surfaces of granaries;
4) surfaces of mechanical equipment;
5) external surfaces of communication base stations;
6) metal surfaces, such as colorful steel plates;
